Why We Created ScientificAstrology.org

Currently, the astrology ecosystem is broken. There are no standardized rules; if you show your birth chart to 10 different astrologers, you will likely receive 10 completely different readings. Because drastically different interpretations can be made from the exact same rule found in classical texts, this ambiguity directly opens the door for superstition, exploitation, corruption, and malpractices.

Because of these widespread issues, many logical thinkers reject astrology altogether. We created ScientificAstrology.org to fix this broken ecosystem. Our goal is to remove superstition and exploitation, establish standardized, mathematical rules, and openly publish research using Data Science, Statistics, and AI. By converting subjective interpretations into objective data, we are returning astrology to its rightful place as a highly respected, evidence-based science.

By combining a 20-year career in cutting-edge tech with a lifelong passion for occult sciences, Varun possesses the exact skillset required to digitize, test, and validate ancient astrological texts.

Fascinated by astrology since childhood, Varun witnessed firsthand how his family astrologer’s predictions guided major life decisions. Later in life, applying the laws of karma, astrology, and spirituality helped him answer life’s biggest questions regarding purpose and existence.

For years, Varun has studied and practiced various global astrological systems, including Vedic Astrology (9 traditional planets), Western Astrology (Neptune, Pluto, Uranus), Arabic Astrology, and Modern Astrology (asteroids, Chiron). Applying these principles to real life, he developed a free Astrology AI App (available on iOS and Android) that answers life questions—related to health, wealth, career, and marriage—using AI-backed astrological principles. He also provides live astrological consultations and conducts ongoing research to mathematically test classical rules against real-world user feedback.

Born in India, Varun moved to the USA and eventually settled in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (2007) and boasts two decades of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Software Development (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, Cloud). He has served as a Software Architect and Developer for Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, Allstate, Air Canada, L&T, and the Royal Bank of Canada.

His deep expertise in extracting patterns from complex datasets makes him uniquely qualified to uncover the statistical truths hidden within astrological charts. Varun is also a recognized innovator in his field:
